Is Anyone Good At 3D Modeling? *Looking For Help*

Is there any Rockstar able to 3D model this guy; a Mozgriken? I am heading an upcoming community content project to create many new things (areas, quests, items, N.P.C.s etc) for Baldur's Gate including new creatures. As of my immediate skill set I can animate and rig creatures although I have trouble modelling them. I am not proficient with Blender's nor even Sketch Up's 3D Modelling so I am looking for help from the community to bridge my shortcomings.
