HELP NEEDED - Uploading Photos

Okay, I'm trying to upload a pic here on the forums, and I'm taking a pic from my BG game, saving it as a .jpg and then uploading but it tells me it can't upload that file and then puts a (6) at the end of the sentence. Any ideas anyone? I'd appreciate any help.

It's not over the size limit, it's like 60 kb. I've tried .bmp and .jpg, but no luck.
