Glimmering Bands does nothing

in BG:EE Bugs (v1.3)
They are supposed to give a Thac0 +2, but they do not effect Thac0 ingame.

    They seem to work just fine to me... You wouldn't have any mods going, would you?

    Glimmering Band reduces base Thac0, rather than just Thac0. So a seperate listed bonus for it won't show up if you are looking in the character record but the bonus does show up in the inventory screen. Either way your Thac0 should appear lower when equipping and unequiping it.
