How to change romance requirements for NPCs with NI?

I'm playing around with NI and am trying to figure out how to change romance requirements for NPCs. Such as how to make Viconia romanceable by females in BG2, or Shar-Teel (BG1 NPC Project) romancable by Good-Aligned characters, or alter the Reputation requirements, etc. Would someone familiar with Near Infinity mind giving me some pointers?

    I'd assume it's in a script ("bcs"), either baldur.bcs or the NPC's script. In NI, you'd have to make the changes then compile the scripts, then it would be changed for your game.
