He gives me a reward and then it says:

Party has lost an item
Party has lost an item

One item is the holy symbol of Mulahey, but I can't figure out the other item.

    A vial of mysterous liquid maybe?

    Just a guess, I can't check right now.

    It is one of the letters you pick up off of Mulahey.
