Phreya with the Lich says congratulations to Hexxat, even if she is dead, though they correctly offer a different resolution to the conversation in her absence if you mention L.
When the two die, dialogue continues to trigger strangely, with Neera repeating herself about the Lich dying and it being time for them to leave, then commenting on the strangeness of the Lich's death, then Aerie saying her line about the lich dying and it being time to leave.
Equally, the journal does not update and the player is left with no indication as to why they haven't left yet.
Expected: If Hexxat is absent, they should not mention her, and the player should initiate dialogue with another character to indicate the lich was a simulacrum and they should move on,
