#18668 Party members should not get fatigued from receiving a temple Greater Restoration

Behaviour: Purchasing Greater Restoration from the temple leaves the subject fatigued.

Expected: Greater Restoration does not fatigue the subject, it fatigues the caster. If it is mechanically necessary for the character to cast the spell on themselves, then a version that does not cause fatigue should be used to simulate this fact.
