Must the internet be always connected to play?

Hello everybody!

I just would like to know if one has to have the internet always connected to play the game? For instance Command and Conquer 4 required it. I do not have internet on my home PC but I do have all the specs necessary to play the game.

    No,Though you do need an internet connection for an Installation Check, after that you can go offline..

    Nope, I think it does a once of net connection check on install. Then you no longer require an IC.

    So when i go to install the game I have to have internet to check on the install?

    Yes.

    You need to download the game itself, then install it. Once installed it will do an online install validation check (which will require internet). Once that is done you never need to connect to the internet ever again unless you want to install the game on further machines (which will require the same checks).

    And of course you'll need Internet connection to download updates and DLCs.
