Speak to Nalia.
Request 500 GP up front.
Receive 186 GP.
Refuse to help.
Talk to Nalia, pick option 2: Sorry, still can't help you yet.

This restarts Nalia's conversation over from the beginning, allowing constant accumulation of 186 GP.

For ease of replication, this is dialogue: 3or4 > 5 > 1 > 3 New Conversation: 2.

I presume the bug is in the second dialogue #2.

    1. Load the attached save.
    2. C:MoveToArea("AR0406")
    3. C:ExploreArea()
    4. Locate x900 y1500, and jump there (Ctrl/j).
    5. Respond to Nalia to obtain 186gp (3 -> 5 -> 1).
    6. Finish the dialogue (3).
    7. Speak to Nalia and decline the quest (2).
    8. Repeat steps 5-7.

    *Observed*
    Nalia hands over 186gp repeatedly.

    *Expected*
    Nalia should only hand the gold over once.

    *Note*
    strref 9102 includes "It is every copper that I own", so she should not be able to continue payments.
