Why do all my characters have a -4 DEX Stat on AC?

    You're getting a -4 bonus to AC from your high dexterity. Lower AC is better.

    All your characters probably have 18-19 DEX

    Oh, okay. I thought I was losing 4 Dexterity, not 4 AC...Thanks for the clarification!

    Also I believe your bracers are doing nothing for you since the robes set your base AC to lower than the bracers do.

    If you don't mind a little micro management, you can use the multiple rest cycles when your mage is identifying magic items to have your druid make goodberries. They can come in handy, especially at lower levels, and they're free.
