Dorn and his quests in SoA

OK, so my crew of reprehensible scum helped Dorn with the first couple of his quests. I wanted to just reform my party a bit before going on to Resurrection Gorge ... get in a few side quests with neutral or good NPCs ... and when I tried to remove Dorn, he got all huffy and vanished. Boom! Gone!

He didn't go anywhere, or hide in a corner at the Copper Coronet, or say the usual "I'll be waiting at such and such if you reconsider", just called me a fool and poofed.

a] Is there anyway to stop him from vanishing?
b] Is there anyway to get him back?
c] If we just finish his quest line, does he get more reasonable about being sidelined temporarily?

Doing his quests shouldn't mean being married to him! I am surely not romancing him. Why should he be the only NPC I can't temporarily sideline?

He probably went back to the temple district where you first met him. Can't say for certain without checking though.

He has gone to the place near the Radiant Heart Order's building in the Temple District, as Tresset said. You can catch him there, in the place where you first met.

I guess you forgot to kill\negotiate the invisible demon south-west to the entrance to the summoning circle. To detect him just use spells like True Sight.

Never mind; found it. Made the dead guy talk.

Oh, I got the invisible demon; Dorn whacked him with Foebane. The key to the third stone was raising the dead guy; might be why they call it Resurrection Gorge.
