    If your ios version allows it you can use ifunbox to transfer your game folders and save files to pc and use eekeeper and even mod there. (And transfer modded files and editted save games back to ios device) that is how I mod my game.

    you need IOs 8.4 or lower for this, or in BG 1 EE you can "export" quicksave games to mod them and email them back to the Ipad. HOWEVER - this option doesn't exist yet for BG 2
