Only the Thief ones. Dual classes only get to pick HLAs for the level of the class they gained, so if you want Fighter HLAs in a Fighter->Thief dual you'll have to first get the Fighter to HLA level and dual after that - which is usually highly impractical.

Glad to see 2ed and biowares tweaking of it still confuses more than just me:)

@Yamcha they just get the active classes HLA's.
