Hide In Shadows Issue

For ShadowDancer when doing backstab damage the character at one point might have 3 attacks when attacking from the shadows and at other times on the first attack launched it instantly becomes revealed without any warning. Is this some type of bug? Why is this?

I think you're thinking about cosmetic, not actual, attacks - the animations for attacks. You can turn them off in your baldur.ini file - https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/comment/639471/#Comment_639471

Cosmetic Attacks make your game execute animations but the actual attack isn't made.

I believe he means the randomness of how long the invisibility takes to wear off. I agree it should be normalized.
