Please, continue the Redmine system after the 2.0 patch release

According to Dee, "Redmine for this event was a bit of a trial run. We need to look at it (using Redmine after the 2.0 patch release) a bit after, but I've been reasonably happy with how it's worked for this event."

We already have had several confirmations that the work on the UI will continue after the 2.0 patch goes live. Also, I suppose there will be new bugs found after the 2.0 patch is released.

I chose not to participate in the beta of SoD because I didn't want to spoil a new BG game in 16+ years for me but it's been an honour to participate in the open testing of the 2.0 patch.

I've found it to be a lot of fun and somewhat meaning to be able to improve the game I've spent so many hours in (with reporting issues).

As a tester, I find the Redmine system to be very effective - I see all the issues, I see all the updates, I get email notifications, I can speak with developers about each issue.

Moreover, having the Redmine system in the first place and this forum to further discuss things works better, to me, than only having this forum, because the Redmine has only useful reports, no chit-chat or off-topic.

I would be very happy to continue using the Redmine system after the 2.0 patch if possible.

A real bug tracker like redmine indeed is essential for bug reporting and getting them down. A forum by name is a place to talk, it's the wrong tool for reporting and keeping track on progress except you severely change its functionality.
So yes please keep it up running for bugs and proposals after 2.0, maybe streamlining the process of getting things to the internal system and back as feedback. I'm far more motivated to help if my work reaches those who should read it, which is never given in a forum with all the noise.

Things I never thought I'd hear people say about the Beamdog forums: "If it's too loud, you're too old."
