Should the Otiluke's Resilient Sphere give the Protection from Poison icon?

While testing things in the MP, a question arose: should the Otiluke's Resilient Sphere give the Protection from Poison icon? Is it an intended behavior? Or maybe it should be only one ORS special icon, or two icons: ORS and Held?

I understand the spells gives immunity to everything, but shouldn't the ORS special icon mean it all?
