A couple of technical questions concerning Thac0

Some items and abilities lower your enemy Thac0/ give them a to-hit penalty.
I can think of:
Improved invisibility effect: -4 to-hit penalty when they try to hit you)
Doom: -2 to-hit penalty
Chant: -1 to-hit penalty
Soul Reaver: Cumulative 2 point penalty for two turns
Blackguard aura of despair: 4 points Thac0 penalty.
I might have forgotten some of course.
So here are my questions:
Can you think of any more such spells/items?
Are there any enemy immune to Thac0 lowering/to-hit penalty?
Concerning Improved Invisibility effect, let's say I have Improved Invisibility. If I am facing an enemy with See Invisible attribute, does the penalty still apply?

It depends on the type of invisibility detection. True Sight automatically dispels illusions, such as Improved Invisibility. Not sure about Detect Invisibility, since it's not used as often as True Sight in BG2.
Blur directly affects your AC and thus it cannot be used to bypass the AC cap
