Custom Portrait Issue

So I've got a portrait I want to use. I've saved it as BMP, 210x130 resolution. Put in the My Documents\BG-EE\portraits folder.

It shows up as an option, and appears to work as a Large picture on the character sheet page. BUT the small size party icon on the right hand side of the screen is missing. It's just a funny outline with a question mark.

I've been all over the custom portrait threads and can't see a reason for this. I even tried doing a M and S version just in case, and that doesn't work either. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

    It should be 210x330, not 130, resolution.

    Make a copy of your pic, and put L and M on their names ends respectively. It should help.

    there seems to be an issue with using capital letters in your file name, other than the L at the end. Try putting your file name into lower case and see if it helps.

    It doesn't work...One or two files...210x330 or any combination with the same ratio...File names ending with L, M or S....Nothing...The large picture is there and fine and the picture on the right of the screen with the party members is the black "?" face...
