I can't find the shield for the "Halfling Treasures" quest.
Anybody know something?

    Go to the Coast Way Forest. There is a woman with Takos' shield.

    I found the cloak and the shield with no problems, but the mirror has me stumped. Where do I find it?

    The mirror is in a small spot inside Takos' burnt tavern.

    I have the opposite problem - found the shield and mirror. Can you help me find the cloak?

    Iirc, the cloak was in a chest just outside the inn, on the south side.

    Can you be more specific on where the shield is? I cleared the area, can't find any "woman" in the forest.

    Never mind: it's another area XD
