Multiplayer IP Issue: PLEASE HELP!

I am having an issue where the game is constantly asking for my IP address when I open up the multiplayer tab. I have tried typing in my IP address and nothing happens....No one can join my game nor can I join anyone elses game. why is the game not recognizing my IP? PLEASE HELP!!

    I have the same issues and I have reported them here:
    http://redmine.beamdog.com/issues/22219

    Please post in that ticket that you have the same issues, that will put some more weight behind it.

    You should be able to use MP if you hit cancel when it asks for IP. I think what it is asking for is the IP address of the game you want to join and not your own, but this is only relevant if you are using a direct connection protocol and not the Beamdog server.
