Yeah that's a freaking powerhouse (and that feeling when with alacrity you cast crit + kai on a bbod ^^) (along with 10 apr obviously)
As far as I know it isn't possible as a Kensai will get his first HLA at level 21 and you will dual the character at this level so he's going to have only one HLA and you cannot pick Critical Strike first as it has a prerequisite.
why short bow/crossbow over long bow? I like the sound of the 2 weapon style. If we have Khalid in the party should i avoid longsword? Why not mace for the stupifer or is flails better/katanas better?
> why short bow Because there are several awesome short bows in BG2. And long bows in vanilla game are... acceptable but not the strongest choice. And you do not have the ability to respec your character in a legit way. > If we have Khalid in the party should i avoid longsword? There are enough longswords for everyone, rejoice! > Why not mace for the stupifer or is flails better/katanas better? Stupefier is nerfed, I think it's not worth to build a character around it. And in BG2 maces are not so strong as other options. Katanas are good for only basically the first half of BG2. Long swords and flails are both safe choices.
Ok thank you.
Also is there any reason to have over 2 wis for this class? I have atm 18str 18 dex 18 con 19 int 2 wis 15 cha

Well, it'll destroy your Lore score (not really a big thing if you bring a bard along or keep plenty of Identify spells/scrolls on hand,) and it'll pretty much make Wish never work. But other than that, no, it won't really hurt your character.

Short version: 2 WIS is fine. Long version
There is a marginal advantage from a high WIS for getting positive outcomes from a high-level Wish (/Limited Wish) spell though you can always just drink a potion before casting the spell. On the other hand, there are funny exploits of negative outcomes of a Wish spell that can be achieved only with a low-WIS character.

mmmm, it's quite a long time i didn't played it, and i don't have the xp table here, so mb it is K22/M23, but you can do it. (even if it's only once per day ^^). You can get exactly 2 hla as fighter with this dual.
Btw, never made a character with so low wis that wish become 'exploitable', what are those ?
Edit: i just read that blindness isn't "that usefull in bg2" it's one of the best spell in the game versus beholder
Multi-class. It's not even close. You'll want an Elf Fighter/Mage or Fighter/Thief.
Sorry, come again? Yes, you do! Don't even start with me!
I'll start with you! I'd rather a gnome Fighter/Illusionist! Better starting CON for those Fighter level increases, shorty saving throws, 19 starting INT, while still having the same STR and only "normal" DEX. Sure, I lose Necromancy, but Illusion's more fun anyway.
Voted multi, but for BG1 and SoD the difference between Berz/M with Fighter level 7 isn't even funny so much stronger is the dual. In 2 the multi gets the upper hand.

Elven Fighter/Mages are fun. Gnome Fighter/Illusionists are monstrous. And more fun, subjectively.
