Cell key bug?

I have got the cell key to free the prisoners in the temple of Cyric inside the cave

with the green dragon

but i can't open the cells. I think it must be a glitch or something.

Just speak to them. I didn't try the door at all, so i can't say if the key is supposed to really open the locks.

I talked to them and theres no line that says something like ''i have found the key.''

I've got all two Keys and defeated

the Mind Flayer

. The dialogues are ''i'm still looking for the key, I'll think about it, actually i've decided to kill you''.

Ziatar should drop two keys, can you remember if this was the case. I've attached a save with the relevant key added, as I couldn't see it anywhere in your save.

& to help work out what happened, how was Ziatar killed and when. Did you remain in this area or leave and return at a later date.
