Bard with no lore

Well, it's simple, I've started a bard and he's a bard with no name lore. Level up, no lore added. Even Imoen has a higher lore score than my bard does.

I'm not using any mods, it's the steam version of the game, I've already verified the files.

Edit1: I'm dumb... Already solved it.

    Aparently the blade doesn't start with any lore. But the normal bard does. Don't know if it's a bug or not but I playing a normal bard now.

    Its description says:
    Disadvantages:
    Only has one-half normal Lore value.

    Combined with low wisdom, this might become a 0.
