Enhanced Bard Song not affecting Haer'dalis

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I just got Haer'dalis the HLA Enhanced Bard Song. When using it I notice that everyone in the party is affected except for Haer'dalis, who is supposed to get even stronger bonuses while singing. I don't recall having this problem with bards in the past. The only thing non-standard with my game is that I've used EE Keeper a couple times to change proficiencies around, including on Haer'dalis.

If anyone knows what the problem might be or how to fix it please let me know. I would also appreciate if someone could test to see if they have the same issue currently or if it is just me.

    Good catch! I will make a report on redmine. In the mean time here is a hotfix I made. Just extract the file into your override folder.

    Thanks, I appreciate it. I'll attempt the hotfix tomorrow and let you know if I have any problems.
