How do you feel about the breach of "one Steve limit" trope in BG?

This is of course a minor thing. I'm sure many people haven't even noticed this let alone being bothered by it, but it is a pet peeve of mine that you encounter a Neira who wants to kill you, and a Sendai with whom you might end up fighting in the first game.
I don't even know why I feel this way, characters sharing names is actually realistic; but it leaves a sour taste in my mouth, regardless. In fact, since these names aren't voiced, or referenced by anyone other than the characters themselves, I wish they were replaced with some other names.

I think it is fine since, as you mentioned, the characters are very minor to cause too much confusion.
Quayle is not the same either (no way a gnome can go from self obsessed jerk to a wise man who travelled for a long time with a circus in just a few months)
