The map border change results in certain cutscenes looking like this

This is on my 14-inch monitor. On a smaller monitor or, in this case, windowed mode, I can't even see what's happening:



I seriously thought the game had froze. For reference, this is the cutscene following the Neera-Bridge District incident.

I request that this be changed or made optional. I prefer most of the 2.0 changes and can even get behind the ones I subjectively disagree with but in no way is this acceptable.

    This happened to me to with this exact cutscene.

    The current beta has an option in Options > Graphics to change the behavior back.

    If you're seeing cutscenes that look broken because of this feature, though, definitely report them as bugs on Redmine; we'll do our best to get them fixed.
