Does she disapear if you dismiss her or can you find her in an inn somewher.

    I think she sticks around but I can't remember where she waits.

    Save your game and test it to find out. If she wanders away, she's gone forever. If she hangs out where she is, she can be re-recruited.

    yeah she was at nashkell outside the inn, I am feeling a little unhealthy, no dedicated healer, only have jaheria.

    The BG1 NPC mod makes it so that you can send party members to an inn to wait for you.

    I'd highly recommend the mod, it has BG2 style party banters, optional romances (you don't have to install if it's not your thing), and a few companion side quests. It makes replaying the game a lot more fun for me and encourages trying out different party combinations.
