Can't seem to enter Throne of Bhaal/Leave Pocket Plane

Fortunately or unfortunately, I was streaming at the time it happened so I made a highlight of it.

After completing the last challenge of the five in Throne of Bhaal, it doesn't let me leave through the gateway. I'm not sure if this is supposed to trigger, or if there is some event preventing me from continuing. I've done all the rooms, I even checked back to make sure I hadn't missed any. Game seems to lag and cursor starts messing up after I try clicking to leave. This is my first playthrough of this game so I wasn't sure what was going on at first.

Your save worked fine on v2.1.63.2 when I checked, screen capture attached. I've made a forced autosave on entry to the throne, but as characters are unbuffed that may not be quite what you required.
