[Resolved] Error upon Startup

I recently installed Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 on my computer from Steam. However, when I attempted to run them, it said that an error had occured and saved a .dmp crash report. Interestingly enough this did not happen with Icewind Dale.

Can you zip and attach the DMP crash dump? It will be located in Documents/Infinity Engine - Enhanced Edition/

Please do the following:

First, zip up the dump and attach it here (right click, send to, compressed folder)

Second, create a dxdiag report and attach it here:

• Press Windows key and R key to open the Run window, type dxdiag and click OK
  
• Click 'save all information' to save a text file output
  
• Select 'desktop' on the left then click save
  
• Resize your browser window so you can see the desktop and the browser together
  
• drag the dxdiag.txt file into the browser 'leave a comment' window.
