HELP: Assertion Error IWD

Everytime I try to leave the tomb of mykrul (through the exit that was opened by a lever) the game crashes at the end of the loading screen:
The message is: Assertion Failure "Chvidimage3d.cpp at line number 840"

I have the these mods installed:

I hope you guys can help me out..

    I'm far from an IWD expert, but stuff on my checklist would be:

    - is your game patched to the latest version compatible with those mods?
    - does swapping resolutions affect anything?
    - if nothing else works, try an uninstall+new install and keep the save file

    i uninstalled the first mod (1pp-v4-rc) and now it's working again. its a pity because it is a really nice modification, but at least it's working now.

    Maybe when you get past that area and save, you can put the mod back on... I dunno know I'm no expert on mods by any means.
