Help in applying custom kit to BG:EE/BG2:EE

Long story short, I told myself that I would make a custom Paladin kit- now that it is done, I have no idea how integrating it into the game. I have no experience in WeiDU but used Near Infinity well enough.
I basically followed all of the assistance from this tutorial, but I don't really know where to go from here. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
