In App Purchases on iPad Pro

Hi,
I'm having issues with In App Purchases on an iPad Pro... I've browsed the web and the forum and can't find anything...
The Baldur's Gate interface is giving me an error message saying "Purchases Failed, Please Try Again"
And the iPad interface is giving me an error message saying "Your Purchase Could not be Completed. For Assistance Contact Apple Support...". Apple Support says to contact the developer... Lol,
My wife was able to buy the in-app purchases on he iPad Mini 4 without any issue. I've checked restrictions and even successfully made in-app purchases in other apps, leading me to think it may be a BG:EE issue. Is this a known issue? Any way to resolve this?
