Icewind Dale SoundSets in BGEE

Hi!
I am using the mod "Icewind Dale Voice Pack Converter by Greystar" to make a conversión from icewind dale soundsets to baldur soundset.
The "conversion" Works but no for every sound. For example, the action sound is working but the selection sound doesn't work properly.
Has anyone used this mod? Does it work with Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition?
Thank you and sorry for my english.

Also check out my mod, volume 2 is this exact thing but with subtitles included rather than just the sounds like you'd get with the method you are trying.

Your mod is amazing. But I would like to do is get the original files from Icewind Dale in my language and transferred to the baldur's gate.
I was trying to do it that when I realized something wasn't working.
I've been following these conversations on this problem for a couple weeks, so I decided to see what would happen on my end. Are the subtitles the only issue with manually installing?
I'm not on the beta test version either, I'm still 2.1 patched.

Are you doing something different?
I think that redmine bug has to be fixed for sounds to work properly.

@smeagolheart : Yeah, I've been following your redmine bug, which is why I didn't even try messing with it until yesterday. I manually brought my files to the sound folder, US english, and just dropped them in. They were available on restart, and all of them are available and seem to be working (I installed around 10 or so, *no subtitle* sets). I haven't tried manually adding subtitles, partially because I haven't checked where to put them...
I appreciate your attention to all of this, and always chiming in on these topics. I'd like to have working subtitles again
Interesting that you say they are working from your test, as I described when I tried the same thing if putting in that eng us folder, they didn't.
Whereas I haven't started SoD itself yet, I'm doing all my modding in the SoD folders, booting from the SoD launcher and selecting BGEE. (The Sad Reason: I'm still working up a new party, but I keep losing Quick Saves due to EEKeeper modding and inspections... I don't follow my 'hard save before quitting' rule very well since they implemented multiple slots... Oh well. Should consider that 'one slot' mod, huh?)
I also have an NPC mod, Tenya, which has no problem with her dialogue or subtitles as far as I've noticed. I gave up on the Steam version, which I downloaded because the APP Store is always the last to get updated. Even with ModMerge it drove me nuts, because I never seemed to clean everything out well enough to not piss it off. Sadly, I've bought BGEE three times now and SoD twice. Helping keep Beamdog in business?
Edit Update: Selection sounds were working last night, in Candlekeep... I'm no longer getting activation on those, just the action acknowledgement now... Weird. I have yet to check the others I heard working yesterday... Checked another soundset - and it behaved the same. Not sure if EEKeeper magically made something happen here... but I'm back in the boat with you it seems now.
Another Edit: In curiosity, I went into the sounds folder and took a peak at the new sound sets, which seem to use the whole alphabet and start again at 0. Using Quicktime Player to listen and hear what was what, I found something odd - the .wav files on the new sound sets will not play in QT, they aren't recognized. This seems strange to me, as well as the new files being smaller in size. The old included voices play, just none of the new...
Here's the charsnd.2da from "plain" Beamdog version SOD. The entries that are have the full columns are the new SOD soundsets.
Here's the IWD soundsets for Siege (and BGEE). It's kind of beta. It installs and everything should be lined up. I was actually getting selection sounds in a quick test with this one for some reason, but not with my other mods.

A limitation is that this won't work whenever weidu is updated but it should be "something" to get by for now.
Here's where I discuss my soundset w/ subtitles mods for future reference

The sounds will play in nearinfinity go to "game" then "open file", then drop the file on the box and press the play button.
I noticed there's at least one bug with the david warner soundset (male7) there are battle cry 3-4-5 or something but the sound files aren't there for one thing and the bored sound seemed to be missing the sound file or subtitles (forget what something was hosed with it.)
I've also realise that my .wav files come from the original doesn't play in my windows 10 using vlc or windows media player. But I am able to play the sounds file inclueded in the Awesome Soundset mod. Are you using @smeagolheart another encoded for the files?
ERROR READING 2HFS010.wav 2HFS010.acm (Access deny)
Might be something to ask in nearinfinity forums? Can you open and play other sounds?
No, I can't open others sound files. If I try with a .MUS file under the Music folder i have another message:
Error converting A1 @TAG ENDA1
acm2wav.exe not found
Could it have something to do with having Windows 10? Someone in another forum told me Windows 10 has problems with older wav files.
If the wav files are found in the file tree of near infinity, just open them that way (play button). If they aren't in the tree, open them with file open.
If I try with a rigth click a menu appear with different option, if then I click open again the same pop-up with the error message appear.
I don't see any "Play" button.
I can try it once I get back in front of my computer. Try other sounds...
Thank you for your help @smeagolheart
