Stuck on Prism cutscene

Hi. I'm playing BG:EE on a Windows 7 system. I'm at the location where the sculptor Prism is creating his statue. When I choose the option about defending him, the cut scene appears and that's as far as it goes. Greywolf never shows up. I can't even close the window properly. I have to run task manager and end the process that way.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

    Are you using single player or multiplayer. Have SoD installed (black interface) or only BGEE (blue interface). Could you zip and attach a save please in case there is something specific with it.

    I've decided to uninstall and re-install BG:EE because there were a number of issues due to old mods. So, at this point, it's a moot point.
