in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Seems like the armor should be valuable?

Not looking for a spoiler, only would like to know if I should hang on to it.

    I believe you need it for a quest in the same area where you get it.

    Hang on to the Ancient Armor. Don't hang on to broken weapons.

    Considering how drastically downhill Google has fallen, (see: off a cliff), I don't think that's a viable response any longer.

    Also the OP didn't want a spoiler, and the question had already been answered. So whether or not that response was viable, it was pointlessly rude.
