[Resolved] Mac BG2 ee wont launch

I just reinstalled BG2 ee but after i press launch nothing happens. Anyone got any ideas? I was hoping to import my character from SOD for a run through.

    In your Documents folder, delete any alias named "Baldur's Gate II - Enhanced Edition", and create a new folder with that name. Please advise if that helps.

    Where are you running the game from? (Steam, Beamdog, GoG, etc)

    Whats your OS? (El Capitan, Yosemite, etc)

    I tried it again last night and deleted the bg 2 folder in Documents and created a new one and that actually worked! Thank you so much for your time. For the record I downloaded the game off Beamdog and am running it under Yosemite.
