I don't know if it's a bug or I messed up the options but when I open the area map I can see the markers but there is no names above them. Map notes are switched on. Did anyone have similar issue?

Do the names show when you move the mouse over their markers, or click on them?

Yes, they do. I didn't have this issue before, I think it started somewhere around 2.2 patch release though I can't 100 % say patch is to be blamed. The other thing that comes to my mind is that I was messing with Baldur Lua file, is there anything in there that could cause this issue ?

Do you still get the issue if you move your baldur.lua in your override folder into another location? (especially in a new game)

Removed Lua, opened the game, markers still have no description

Even in a newly create game?

Map notes toggles the markers on or off. The text only shows when checked, having all markers open can cause other issues, e.g. as per screenshots on http://support.baldursgate.com/issues/20671

Yes, even in a new game
This is exactly how my map looked like before, now only markers left, no text http://support.baldursgate.com/attachments/download/10700/map notes.bmp

And one more question, when I open world map all of the icons are bleached like that http://athanatos.free.fr/BG1TUTU/MapNotes/mapnotes.jpg but as soon as I click one of them they go back to their ''standard'' colour. I've got standard game installed, no extra mods, any ideas what's the cause?
