The nice people sends emails with a status. Gets me exited because we are closer to shipping.

But they will only be sent when the material has been tested thoroughly. Good guys beamdog.

I don't handle this stuff, any questions regarding this matter can be directed towards @Amber_Scott . I'm just going to repost what was sent out to all purchasers of the collectors edition (in case anyone did not recieve the email)

We know everyone's excited about receiving their Siege of Dragonspear Collector's Editions (we certainly are!) and we're here with a quick update about their status. The factory is currently producing sample units for us to inspect, to make sure their appearance and quality are exactly what we want. Once we've signed off on the samples, the factory can begin the production run.

Our estimates still point to a ship date this summer, and we'll have more exact information for you the closer we get to production. We are still waiting on final production samples from the manufacturing company. This is our first (very limited run) Collector's Edition and we want to ensure we ship a quality product. We are expecting the samples any day now.

Thanks for the heads up Trent, the pictures you guys have look great and I think the contents of the overall package is fantastic. I am looking forward to getting my hands on it but it's good to know that Beamdog is more interested in quality rather than just pushing it out.
