    @lroumen
you are very very close, only few steps far from the right answer... :)

Yeah I wondered about Sarles, think he stays with the mod npc Isra’s family though and not a vanilla npcs family - could be Anomen?
  • gorgonzolagorgonzola Member Posts: 3,864
not sarles and not quar jisstev, that are tied to the illithium quest, and there is not much mystery to discover about it or them (if not the fact that sarles is a pompous j**k :) ).
also you don't need a particular alley to do that quest, is possible to do it also soloing.

but as i told quar (and sarles) are only few steps far from the right person, that is not anomen.
2 more people in that house and at this point it should be easy to find the answer... ;)

1 there is much more bejond me then how it seems at first sight.
she seems to be just a regular noble woman, but she is somehow involved in something very secret that is happening in the town, involving a mind flyer in disguise, the hidden, and githyanki.

2 may be you will never see my hidden side but, if it happens, is because of the people you are allied with.
3 among your allies he is the closest to me.
only if jan is in the party charname will discover it as it is part of jan's personal quest, jan jansen returns home.
and among the places where you find the npcs the place where you meet jan is the less distant from jisstev's home, so the gnome is the closest to her.

4 your alley is the closest to me among the 2 that are closer.
You have to save them both if you want them to join your party.
the other npc you meet in that area is viconia, and you have to save them both, jan from being arrested and viky from the fanatics that want to burn her alive.

5 wealthy is my family, and in my home there is a guest that you may want to meet, but to see my hidden side you have to talk to me, not to him, when you come to my house.
the guest is obviously sartles, but if you go to jisstev's house for the illithium quest the butler introduces you to him and you never discover lady j. hidden side.
you have to go there doing jan's quest and talk to her and not to the artist to discover it.

It’s a bit of a stretch but Patrick Swayze is the lead in Dirty Dancing and he also played Bodhi in Point Break. I like niche film references and thought the other clues would give it away

My next clue would have been to read the first three aloud ;)

Indeed you have deduced that it is the diabolical drow with his delightful dialogue.

    Your turn.

    Yes well done

    1. I saw recently somewhere that he helps Irenicus capture you, I hadn’t recalled that and thought it was cool.

    2. You meet Edwin through him and Edwin doesn’t much care for him.

    3. He wants to progress by taking out Renal.

    4. You get a quest to uncover his treachery.

    Go for it!
