leveling hp question

I'm a kensai with 19 const

I'm level 10 with 138 hp

I was level 9 with 135 hp

Shouldn't I have when level 10 the following amount of hp: 135 + 8 (5 - due to constitution + 3 due to the level)?

    Level 10 and up, you no longer roll hit die but get assigned a set amount (warriors +3, priests and rogue +2, mages +1) of hp instead. Con bonuses no longer apply per level either.
