Dual from a kit to a kit with EEKeeper

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I want to try out some crazy, completely illegal, class/kit combos. Is it possible to dual from a kit to a kit with EEKeeper?

    Unfortunately not. The game mechanically will only let you have one kit.

    But I think it wouldn't touch the specific bonuses/abilities you got during your time with the first kit.

    Ah, yes, that is an interesting possibility. I couldn't say either way.

    If anyone tries that out, please do return and tell us if it works. It would be interesting to know.

    I remember @Tresset had done this successfully. I personally prefer using the Multikit mod, but I think it works like this:
    - Pick whatever kit you want at character creation (Wild Mage and Barbarian, at least until v1.3, can't Dual-class no matter what).
    - Dual-class.
    - Get into EEKeeper and change your kit to the new one you want (kit titles WILL be messed up, but everything else should work).

    I'd link you the Multikit mod but 1. it's not 100% guaranteed to work (I know what I'm saying because I'm it's keeper) 2. SHS is down so I can't link you to the actual thread 3. it's not what you're looking for.
