I was said that:

1) you can become a Slaver in baldur's gate 2. If yes, how?

2) That you can smuggle black lotus around? Is that true?

1. You can become the Slayer, but not a slaver. You can turn into the Slayer once per day for several rounds at the cost of 2 reputation once you escape the Spellhold labyrinth and rest. As for slavers, they only show up as enemies.
2. You can't smuggle black lotus. Neither the item nor the quest exists.
3. The gemjump spell is attached to a door in the Bridge District. If you have a Rogue Stone in your inventory when you try to enter, it will teleport you to a new area. You can get one of the best items in the game there, but you will have to fight one of the most difficult battles in the BG saga.
4. Adalon has no in-game hoard. The only treasure you can get from her comes from completing the Ust Natha questline and saving her eggs, or slaying her. Doing the former will get you a decently powerful crossbow. Doing the latter will get you Silver Dragon's Blood, which is necessary to forge armor out of the Human Flesh you find during the skinner questline in the Bridge District. You have to take both the Human Flesh and the blood to a guy in the Umar Hills, who will forge the best leather armor in the game for you, but the armor can only be worn by evil characters.

Looks like there's a mod for that.

You can do indirect slave trade by giving spesific orders to the thief underling doing smuggling, in the thief stronghold. It increases the profit but also the risk of getting caught significantly. The underling can also do some dangerous goods smuggling, with the same results.
