Stacking Thac0/Save Penalty

So, what penalties stacks?
Greater Malison + Doom + Specialist Wizard Penalty + Spell's Penalty (like those from Spook or Domination) stacks?
Thac0 Penalty from Ray of Enfeeblement, Doom and Blindness stacks?
Bonus question:
Does Blindness gives a penalty in save throws? If it does, does it stacks with those stated in the first question?
Bonus question 2:
Can a specialist wizard use wands from its school of opposition? Could a Diviner, for example, use a Wand of Summoning?
Thank you

As always, there are of course exceptions. This game is complicated.
-4 (spell) -2 (specialist) -2 (doom) -4 (greater malison) a save vs spell at -12 penalty! Even dragons will realiably fail this save. (if their magic resistance is lowered)
IIRC, blindness does not cause save penalties.
Last I checked, enchanters could use wands of fire, so yeah. Unless they nerfed it in a recent patch, not a big fan of 2.0+ versions.
yes as already told. If not nerfed in EE there is one more way: putting in the first place a sequencer or trigger a spell with good penalty and then other ones the penalty of the first is applied to all. A good way to increase the chances with spells that have no or few penalty even if the cost is 2 more spells, the sequencer and the high penalty spell.

Ray of Enfeeblement doesn't affect the thaco, but lowers STR (so the enemy's thaco is lowered even if technically speaking there is no direct effect of the spell on the thaco). add GM to the mix.
