Muted Oswald Fiddlebender :-(

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
I remember playing Icewind Dale several years ago and hearing Oswald speak to me about his airship, etc. but upon playing through the non-modified, enhanced edition, he was mute. His voice was not audible during our chat. Is this an issue anyone else has encountered?

    IIRC Oswald is only voiced in IWD2.

    I don't know. I remember playing and beating Icewind Dale and listening to Oswald. I only played Heart of Winter briefly and don't remember much of it except for that blasted tower with the different challenge rooms I was unable to overcome. But back on topic, I distinctly recall his voice in the first game. It sucks.

    Artemius' right, he (Oswald) was only voiced in IWD2. .

    Hmm. Well, that sucks then. I did play IWD2 for some time so it is feasible I am confusing the memories. Either way, thank you both @Artemius_I and @Rodrian for helping to clarify this with your own experience.
