Is there a mod out there for both BG:EE and BG2:EE that sets the wonky Druid experience table to something a little more... normal? Or just swaps it completely for, say, the Cleric experience table?

    Yes. Tweaks Anthology. Includes this and many, many more, well, tweaks which you can install separately or in tandem if so you desire.
