Nothing happened

What did I do:

1. I start the quest
2. go to outside
3. Ctrl+J to the switcher upon the gate (because drawbridge automatically closes if no one don't stay close to it)
4. wait until Captain Cernick walked through the bridge
5. I follow him
6. Lord Roenall said some words and initiate battle
7. I killed him and...nothing happened. I suppose that there is a script which teleport my party into the keep to finishing quest.

Is anyone know a console command to fix that?

    Sounds like a couple of issues (drawbridge should not close and Roenall quest). Are you able to zip and attach a save file (the 00000nnnnn-savename) please.
