Are icons suppressible?

Prevent portrait icon (169) doesn't seem to do it, if it's included in the spell that applies the state down the list, at any rate.

    I believe there's one opcode to prevent and one to remove. They aren't doing the same job.

    Make sure the probability is set to 100%. That little detail has messed me up more often than I would admit.

    Opcode 169 and 240 only affect Icons applied directly through Opcode 142, not any built-in to anything else.

    Wouldn't it be better not to use 142 in the first place?
