"unfinished" quest can´t advance to kill mellisan - help

Hello, i´m playing on android and i have a bug which is posted here, i can´t advance further because of "unfinished" quest (whose are actually finished) . I dont have console on tablet, so can anyone help me ?

Hi, you need to attach the 000000004-quick-save-tob file instead. Namedrop me when you add it
