Can't log into zendesk, Baldur's Gate Launcher updates won't start/finish

Okay, so normally, I'd use support for this, but no matter how many times I change my password or browser (safari, firefox) it won't let me log in. Fine.

here's what's happening:

When I run the baldur's gate launcher, it goes to "Preparing download" waiting for download to start and stays there. For 24 hours in my last test.

I can launch the games fine within their individual folders, but would like the launcher to you know, finish updates. macOS 10.12.

There's a known problem with zendesk at the moment, it isn't working properly ... which is really pretty darn bad for a support site. But zendesk isn't Beamdog, it's a separate business, and Beamdog can't do anything about it.

I've no idea about your launcher issue, though.

@johncwelch It's indeed a known issue with Zendesk, try to contact their support https://support.zendesk.com/.

I've used zendesk before, that point was more of a way to point out that i *did* try to actually use the support site :-)

I appreciate any help on the launcher thing.

Try to delete all your game files and re-install both the launcher and the game.
