After class-keepering: Make npc-equipment equipable again?

Is there a way, after I changed the class of an NPC, to make their unique equipment wearable again?

Edit the item accordingly... I'm not sure that's a helpful information? How did you change the class? For changing the item, Near Infinity (NI) would be my editor of choice.

Didn't think NI works with ee though ^^
I am also not very proficient with NI (tried it a few times on the old BG2 and once messed up the data apparently as it kept crashing on me so hard I had to force shut down my PC xD

How would I go about editing Scarlet ninja-to and Jan's gear?

If you take the current NI it's really cool. I think that might have been problems from several versions back: NI Thread

If you know the item file names in NI you would open them and then see what restrictions are active. Some can be un-ticked directly, others (e.g. min STR requirements) you would change the numbers accordingly.

You need java for this, I think. It should be explained in the readme.

Okay, I must be dumb as hell xD
I can neither find the file to open NI nor the readme xD

I'm not too familiar with these things and it took me a while, too. Great that it's working for you now! I think NI is nifty.
